1. - Boil 250ml of milk (use water, non-dairy milk, dairy milk, or bone broth in place of the milk for a more hearty tea)

2. - Add ¼ teaspoon of the Spice Alive golden tea and your sweetener of choice.

3. - Let it steep for about 1 min to allow the flavours to all meld.
